Why we started fasciitis.com.au?

After previously seeing patients with this condition day in day out, we discovered the underlying process in starting the journey to healing all involved the same basic steps.

1. Decrease the overload of stress.
2. Decrease the pull of the plantar fascia into the heel bone.
3. Speed up the healing process.

So why should we just limit this to a clinic based setting when most of what is required can be done at home?

The Ultimate Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Plan was formulated after seeing what works best for most people. It involved trial and error, what is possible to do at home and what was realistic when it came to time and effort required.
